Attorney Profile: Peter Solnick
Peter Solnick is the managing partner of Solnick Law, and handles the firm’s business and employment litigation.
Mr. Solnick received a BBA from the University of Miami, Florida and his J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law.
Mr. Solnick represents clients in commercial and business disputes in areas including, securities fraud, common law fraud, breach of contract, partnership, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair trade practices, insurance, real estate, landlord-tenant, collections, debtor-creditor, and foreclosures. Pete further represents clients in defamation lawsuits.
Pete also litigates employment lawsuits involving violations of Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Age Discrimination in Act (ADEA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), sexual harassment, retaliation, whistle-blower law, and Fair Labor Standards Act (overtime and minimum wage). Mr. Solnick further represents clients in claims involving violations of civil rights.
